Tom is a long-time friend of Daylesford Organic, and is delighted to be hosting an exclusive supper club at The Wild Rabbit on Monday 8th July in collaboration with launching Château Léoube’s 2023 vintage rosé.
Tom has hand-selected seasonal, heritage variety ingredients grown and reared at Daylesford Organic farm. He will be joined by the Wild Rabbit’s executive chef Sam Bowser in the kitchen, with each course perfectly paired with new season vintages from our Château Léoube estate in Provence.
Daylesford’s organic estate, Château Léoube on the Côte d’Azur coastline, crafts award-winning Provençal wines. All the grapes at Léoube are carefully tended by hand under the guidance of Head Winemaker Romain Ott, using time-honoured artisan methods and organic principles that work in harmony with the land and changing seasons. Our supper club is a celebratory evening to introduce the new season’s award-winning wines.
The evening costs £160 per person including wine flight. We recommend booking well in advance as our supper clubs get booked up fast. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the event and limited kitchen space, we’re unable to accommodate any dietary requirements or allergies, including pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan menus.
