I was invited to come and cook at the resort Soneva Fushi in the Maldives where I cooked a tasting style dinner menu over 3 nights

On the 10th Feb at Pots pans and Boards Tom cooked with super chef from the middle east Mohammad Orfali where they created a four hands dinner together
