Tom Aikens & Dan Ashbourne at SCHLOSS Roxburghe

Now this is a restaurant after my own heart, I cant wait to visit and cook on Saturday 27th September.

SCHLOSS Roxburghe serves outstanding cuisine that is sourced sustainably, ingredient by ingredient, farm by farm, from the best local produce available. Scotland‘s natural larder of game, dairy products, fish, fruit, and vegetables is the chief factor in being able to create delicious culinary delights here. With the Atlantic on its doorstep, fresh mountain waters, lush rolling hills, fertile soil and varied weather, Scotland is renowned for its unrivalled quality, and I am super excited to be joining chef Dan Ashbourne in his kitchen.
