Known for its precision, restraint, and deep respect for ingredient-led cooking, Oteque provides the perfect setting for a thoughtful, creative exchange between two chefs renowned for their technical excellence and clarity of flavour.
The collaboration will see Tom and Alberto cooking side by side, presenting a one-off tasting menu that blends Tom’s classical European foundations with Alberto’s refined, contemporary Brazilian approach. Dishes will be developed collaboratively, allowing guests to experience a dialogue between two distinct culinary identities in real time.
