HONEY MUSTARD SAUSAGES WITH ROSEMARY

Little Cumberland sausages glazed in honey and mustard, tossed with rosemary – Christmas in one sticky, delicious bite.

INGREDIENTS

     +    

mini Cumberland sausages
100g runny honey
80g grain mustard
4g toasted sesame seeds
2g chopped rosemary
few turns of black pepper
vegetable oil for sautéing

Method

     +    

preheat the oven to 180°C
heat a medium, oven-safe pan over medium heat with a little oil
sauté the sausages until lightly coloured all over
add the honey, grain mustard and toasted sesame seeds and toss to coat
transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 5 minutes
remove, add the chopped rosemary and a few turns of black pepper, and turn the sausages to glaze evenly
tip into a warm serving pot and serve hot
