20g oats
1 large tbsp peanut butter
50g frozen blueberries
20g scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
2 tbsp low-fat Greek-style yoghurt
180ml almond milk
1 level tbsp of flaxseeds
Agave syrup
Blend all the above together until smooth.
Add 4 sliced blueberries and a good sprinkle of toasted flaxseeds on top with a dollop of yogurt and agave syrup.
