Tuesday, 4th March – El Bolillo, Brighton
I’m kicking off in Brighton with an old friend of mine, Chef Greg Clark, at his fantastic restaurant, Bolillo. We’ll be cooking up a storm as part of the Prept Showcase — you won’t want to miss it!
Saturday 9th August – Amanzoe, Greece
Travelling international bound for Greece, cooking for one night only at the stunning Amanzoe resort with views scattered with Unesco-protected ruins. Resting on the east coast of the Peloponnese near Porto Heli, Amanzoe is a modern-day Acropolis from which 360-degree views encompass olive groves and the Aegean sea.
Saturday 15th March – Lakes by Yoo, Cotswolds
I am delighted to be hosting a Supper Club at The Lakes, showcasing an exclusive menu inspired by my restaurant Muse by Tom Aikens, blending seasonal local ingredients with innovative culinary techniques. Set against the backdrop of their stunning lakeside location, this intimate event is perfect for food enthusiasts and those seeking a truly unique evening. Spaces are limited, so register your interest for an evening of exceptional cooking.
Wednesday, 19th March – Sticky Walnut, Chester
My twin brother and I are heading north to join the talented team at Sticky Walnut for a night of exceptional food and fun.
Thursday, 13th November – The Grove of Narberth, Wales
I’ll be venturing into the Welsh countryside to cook at the stunning Grove of Narberth. It’s going to be an unforgettable evening surrounded by the beauty of Wales.
