I recently teamed up with ASKO, a premium leading Scandinavian appliance brand, as their Global Chef Ambassador for 2024.

ASKO considers every aspect to create the complete ASKO experience with unmatched attention to detail, from their careful choice of materials to how the appliances are designed for style, performance and sustainability. I was proud to showcase this with ASKO at this year’s EuroCucina Salone del Mobile, Milano this month, cooking for an invited audience over two days in our very own state of the art kitchen. 

We joined forces with the World’s Best Sommelier Andreas Larsson and ASKO’s own brand chefs Viola Winther Worsøe and Tim Delissen, creating a menu paired with different wines, presented and served by Zaro Wines – Orange Wine Festival.

It was an honour to host together with IDEAT Magazine & IDEAT China, the outstanding projects’ presentations of the world-renowned architects Ma Yansong from MAD architects, and Kristian Lars Ahlmark from SHL – Schmidt Hammer Lassen architectural bureau. ASKO was also showcased within the Fuorisalone.it program at the BSD flagship store, ASKO’s official distributor in Italy, and at Marmo Arredo showroom, where we hosted several events with the help of top model and chef Anastassia Khozissova, and sustainable fish farm Fonda Turistica – Irena Fonda

It was a pleasure to meet everyone at Milan Design Week, I really enjoyed every minute cooking for our guests.
