We are launching a new Culinary Creators Series at Muse, celebrating chefs and hospitality figures who are shaping the industry as it is today in 2026. The series brings together both chef-owners and influential creatives from across hospitality — people who have built remarkable careers and continue to push boundaries.
Every dinner will consist of eight dishes cooked live, created collaboratively by Tom Aikens and the guest. The format is intentionally informal and energetic, allowing guests to see these chefs outside of a traditional restaurant setting — cooking in real time, sharing their personal style, ideas, and influences.
What makes the series especially exciting is the diversity of voices: from classical fine-dining masters to modern, non-traditional cooks. It’s a rare opportunity to watch these incredible talents cook side by side, exchange ideas, and create something unique for one night only — immersive, creative, and genuinely fun.
Kate Austen is one of the most exciting voices in modern cooking today. In 2024, she made history on BBC Two’s Great British Menu, becoming the first woman in the show’s 19-year history to win the main course. Her career spans some of Europe’s most demanding kitchens, including Restaurant Frantzén (three Michelin stars) and AOC in Copenhagen, where she became the youngest female head chef of a two Michelin-starred restaurant. More recently, Kate worked as a senior development chef for Gordon Ramsay, balancing creativity with innovation at the highest level. Expect thoughtful, refined cooking shaped by Scandinavian precision and bold confidence.
