Tom Aikens will reunite with Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa for a four-hands collaboration in Lisbon, following their previous dinner together in London. Hosted at Henrique’s newly opened restaurant in Portugal, this event celebrates a shared philosophy of precision, creativity, and modern European cooking rooted in place.
The evening will see Tom and Henrique cooking side by side, collaboratively designing a one-off tasting menu that reflects both chefs’ individual styles while allowing space for overlap, dialogue, and subtle cross-influences within each dish.
