INGREDIENTS

100g Wheat Flakes

50g Wheat Bran

25g Ground flax seed

2g Salt

15g Maple Syrup

20g water to bind together

 

Method

This needs to be very lightly mixed

Then gently press into silicone moulds that are lightly sprayed with a non stick spray, these need to then dehydrate at 65c for approx. 2-3 hrs, then you can turn them out and store in an air tight container.

Serve with ice cold milk or yogurt with a few seasonal berries.
