30g Puffed spelt
30g Puffed Rice
30g Puffed buckwheat
Agave or maple syrup
2g Cinnamon
2g Salt
15g veg oil
30g fine brown sugar
Mix the oil onto the puffed wheat, add the salt, cinnamon & sugar, then bake in the oven on parchment paper at 160c for approx.
15-20 mins until the sugar has melted and the grains have toasted, then cool and seal in a air tight container.
