On the 6th -9th May 2026, Tom Aikens will collaborate with Joseph Lidgerwood and the team at EVETT in Seoul for a multi-day culinary residency celebrating craft, culture, and collaboration. The experience will unfold across a press lunch and collaborative dinner at EVETT, followed by an intimate off-site private dinner in the countryside of Gapyeong. Across these one-off events, Tom and the EVETT team will cook side by side, presenting thoughtfully composed tasting menus that explore contrast and harmony between their culinary styles — from refined restaurant dishes to relaxed, family-style cooking in a natural setting. Rooted in shared creativity, live cooking, and a deep respect for ingredients and place, this Korea collaboration offers guests a rare and immersive glimpse into two kitchens coming together for something truly unrepeatable.
