I was delighted to be interviewed by HARRODS MAGAZINE on my steady collection of cook books. My collection has been going since the 80’s, so the shelves are now starting to buckle a little.
I have some firm favourites that have been read time and time again, and then I also have left a few untouched, but that’s just me. I feel there are some books that are such masterpieces, I can barely bring myself to open the beautiful cases that protects them. Yes, a little weird but we all have our quirks!
I still have my City & Guilds cookbook from college, which is one that definitely looks worse for wear.
