5 Minute Feast Charity Cookbook
The #FiveMinuteFeast social media cookery challenge was created in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic by Tom Aikens to support Only A Pavement Away charity. The challenge saw over 200 people to take part, sharing videos of their five-minute recipes and donating £5 to the #
Tom has hand selected 50 recipes to create this unique interactive cookbook, with each original participant’s video available to view on YouTube via a QR code. Featuring recipes from the general public to professional chefs, TV stars and restaurateurs like Tom Kerridge, Anna Tobias, Adam Handling, Jason Atherton, Helene Darroze and Judy Joo. The result is a fun, family-staple cookbook featuring 50 recipes, ready in under five minutes!
A cookbook with a conscience, 100% of the donations through book sales goes directly to support those facing homelessness: providing employment within hospitality and support with independent living. All of the production costs for the book were generously sponsored by Caterer.com, Thomas Franks Ltd and Fraser Giles Partnership.
