I was invited again by Google by Nikesh Arora and Eric Schmidt with Brandfuel to run the 3-4 day event with high profile financial guests in Davos. We used the same café to turn it into a Tom Aikens Pop up restaurant, where I created a 5-course tasting menu for 40 guests. The restaurant again was completely built from scratch overnight, with all the Tom Aikens branding and look, feel, atmosphere transported from
London.

We had a very special speaker on the 2nd night the ex-president Bill Clinton, whom I got to meet and chat to that evening, there is a picture here of me with ex-president Bill Clinton and myself and then being photo bombed by Eric Schmidt, which was a classic. Then we listened to Bill Clinton talk for a good 30 minutes talking about his life as a president and what he was up to next, the film is a very interesting
