I was asked by Space NK to describe in words what my ideas on beauty were and how important it was for a chef to think about beauty when creating dishes of food. Of course, beauty touches us all in very different ways, but for a chef beauty is first in the raw produce and then the cooking, and lastly the final dish. The film was used in their London stores and we had a launch at one of their main stores with canapes for a media and PR event.
