At the Edition in Abu Dhabi Tom is launching the Saturday roast at the Oak Room. On arrival guests will be welcomed into the lounge bar with a speciality bloody Mary. Guests will be hosted in the main dining room for a sharing roast experience. We will have a special roast of the week, a baked whole fish or a vegetarian option that will be served family style to share. Two trolleys with roasted rib of beef will tour the room giving guests an opportunity to have the beef carved at the table and have an interactive experience with our Meat Sommelier and the team.
After lunch guests will be invited back to the lounge bar which will have been transformed with cakes and British classic desserts on the bar and a cheese and port trolley touring the room. This is a truly special occasion to get your best Saturday Roast in Abu Dhabi, the price per head is 350 Dirham with a wine flight.
