1500g Medjool dates
110g almonds
110g walnuts
20g chia seeds
20g coconut oil
10g hemp protein powder
10g cacao powder
Place the almonds, walnuts and chia seeds into a blender for 1 minute until a flour forms and the nuts have crumbled.
Add the remaining ingredients, blend for another minute until a sticky dough forms.
Use your hands to roll the mixture into small bite size balls and store in the fridge.
