Beat the eggs and brown sugar in a mixing bowl on full speed until light and fluffy. After 5 minutes, turn the speed down low and add the eggs, alternating with all the mixed dry ingredients.
At the end add in the mashed banana, vanilla extract, yoghurt and coconut oil and mix just for a minute
Place into a well greased, parchment lined cake or bread tin and bake at 180c for approx 30-40 mins.
