Tom will be acting as a Consultant for Thomas Franks London, alongside Candice Webber, Food Director. They will elevate Thomas Franks London to become the City’s leading workplace, employee, and guest dining company.
Chef teams will have the opportunity of work experience at Tom’s Michelin starred restaurant Muse, bringing Tom’s philosophy and vast experience to their London clients.
