Restaurant Frantzen hosted this charity dinner for The Swedish Child Diabetes Foundation with seven top guests chefs including myself, Mikael Jönsson of Hedone, Andreas Caminada from Schloss Schauenstein, Thomas Bühner of Restaurant La Vie, Gert De Mangeleer, Restaurant Hertog Jan, Sang Hoon Degeimbre of L’air du Temps, and head chef, Björn Frantzén himself.
