Country Life Column

I wrote the column for the Country Life magazine from 2007 to 2008, covering two pages filled with lots of seasonal information on produce, suppliers and recipes. I would always include a few recipes that were seasonally based, Sunday roast to a delicious soup. Then on that month’s issue a gathering of my favourite seasonal foods.
