10g toasted seeds
10g pumpkin seeds
10g sunflower seeds
10g Sesame seeds (white & black)
10g flaxseed or linseed
100g of honey
2g Maldon salt
100g of mixed flakes malt, rye,
50g of quinoa
50g chia seeds
50g of steel cut oats
600ml oat milk
20g agave syrup
1 vanilla pod with seeds scraped out
4g cinnamon powder
3g salt
Mix all the ingredients together.
Combine the quinoa & chia seeds with all the milk, vanilla seeds, cinnamon, salt, agave syrup and soak for 15 minutes.
Add the rye flakes & oats, bringing the porridge mix to a gentle simmer, stirring every few minutes. Cook for approx. 15 minutes or until it reaches the desired texture & thickness. Add more milk if needed.
