Cooking at Cure

Andrew Walsh is the great chef at Cure and I had the lovely honour of cooking with him at his restaurant. We offered a 7 course tasting menu with canape on top, the tasting menu is below and contained an equal amount of dishes from each of us. Andrew used to cook with me a long time ago when he was with me at Tom Aikens on Elystan St and I always knew that he was going to be a talented
chef. He has a great eye for detail and has a great creative mind as well. Andy Launched his flagship Cure Restaurant in July 2015, It was great to work with him again at this fabulous event.
