@Cookingwithtomaikens is a paid subscription service hosted within a private Instagram account, offering exclusive access to live and pre-recorded cookery classes for you to cook along to, with me guiding you every step of the way. The detailed, step by step classes are designed for you to improve your cooking skills, expand your recipe collection and have dinner ready to be served to the family by the end of the class!
Classes are filmed and streamed from my very own kitchen at MUSE, my latest restaurant venture in Belgravia, London. Classes will take place on Mondays, twice a month at 6pm.
Most classes are live, giving you an opportunity to ask me questions whilst we cook. Some classes such as bread making may be pre-recorded due to the time and multiple stages involved. All classes are posted onto the account so you can refer to them at any time.
By joining the private Instagram account, you will have exclusive access to two classes per month, that cover a wide range of techniques, recipes, weekly tips and tricks.
We will be covering recipes designed for you to cook at home, including recipes suitable for family feasting, dinner party entertaining or simply to broaden your skills and educate your palette further.
There are 2 classes every month for you to join online. You are welcome to take part in the class as it streams or simply sit back, enjoy watching and cook at a time convenient for you. You will receive an ingredients list one week prior to the class, along with any extra required information, such as light prepping required ahead of the class.
Full recipes and methods will be shared with you following the class so you can recreate the dish in your own time as you wish.
The classes are hosted via Instagram so you will need an Instagram account ready and set up to join.

Option 1 – Opt for a subscription
To make sure you are automatically subscribed to every class in every new series then sign up to make sure you dont miss a class.
Monthly Fee: A recurring fee of £20 paid by direct debit. That is just £10 per class!
Or just sign up in time for your preferred class and and cancel at any time afterwards!
Option 2 – One off payment of £60 to join a specific series of 6 classes.

Once you have paid, you will need to request to join the Instagram account. Once your payment has been processed, your request to join will be accepted.
Upon joining you will receive your welcome pack by email with details on the most recent series of upcoming classes, plus a suggested list of basic utensils/ kitchenware that would be useful for you to have. I guarantee, most you will have already!
