Makes 12 portions:

225g White Chocolate Callebaut

250ml Whipping Cream

1 x whole eggs

2 x Egg yolks

10g Caster Sugar

1 x Gelatin leaf

This January I will be opening ‘Muse’; a cosy 25-seater, fine dining restaurant located within a renovated mews house in Belgravia.

Prior to the official opening and for one time only, I will be opening my brand-new restaurant to host exclusive private-dining events over the festive season; perfect for those searching for a beautiful event space to hold a memorable Christmas celebration. 

The Muse festive package includes: 

Yours truly hosting your event and cooking for you and your guests.

Exclusive use of the whole venue.

Champagne and canapes served on arrival, followed by a seated dinner in the upstairs dining room.

A bespoke tasting menu for you and your guests. 

Paired wines with each course, as well as still and sparkling water and tea, coffee and petit fours to end your meal.

Muse will be welcoming event reservations from the 11th December 2019 for lunch and dinner.

The maximum capacity is 20 guests per event.
