NICOLAS ARTHUIS - HEAD SOMMELIER

Nicolas began learning about wines at the cooking formation and catering school in Laval. Nicolas arrived in London in 2004 and began his career at Gordon Ramsay at the Royal Hospital as a commis sommelier, after being promoted and working at the Savoy Grill before it closed. Nicholas joined Tom Aikens in January 2008.
