Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 25g each of blueberries, blackberries and strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 100ml milk
- About 1tsp sugar, to tast
- 1 vanilla pod or a few drops of vanilla extract
Put all the ingredients into a blender. If using a vanilla pod, split it in half and scrape the seeds into the mixture.
Add three ice cubes if using fresh or defrosted berries.
Blend until smooth.
