Egle has been working with Tom Aikens after joining us from Zuma Restaurant London where she worked for two and half years. She came to London in 2004 from her home city of Vilnius, Lithunania where she studied theater and art school. As Head of Reservations at Tom Aikens Restaurant Egle brings charm and familiarity to the restaurant and offers exceptional customer service.
